Delivery time:
- We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. However, we adhere to the legal delivery time of 1-5 business days as our standard. Often, we ship orders the same day, but sometimes our pans are on and we're busy painting. However, we understand that you want to receive your purchased items as quickly as possible, and we'll do our best to make that happen.
- We ship your order with PostNL within the Netherlands and all other European countries. For orders outside Europe, we ship with PostNL or UPS. Delivery times therefore depend on the chosen delivery service and the courier's internal processes.
- Pre-orders are products ordered and paid for with the intention of being shipped at a later date. Therefore, when you place a pre-order, you will receive the item at a later date. This date is always clearly indicated with the item. If you order both pre-order and in-stock products, they will be shipped as a single order when the pre-order becomes available.
- We do not offer free shipping above certain purchase amounts. We are a small business that invests a lot of time, love, and patience in the products, almost all of which we handcraft. For this reason, we prefer to offer our products at a slightly lower price than simply to offer low shipping rates. However, if we are running a shipping discount, we will clearly communicate this on our website.
- Always ensure that your address information is entered correctly during the ordering process. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible by sending a message. This way, we can hopefully correct it in time before the order is shipped. If an order is shipped with incorrect address information and does not arrive at its destination, we reserve the right not to offer compensation. This also applies to items subject to theft or loss. Naturally, we always strive to work with you to resolve any issues.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are difficult to estimate individually, as they depend on the size of your order, your location, the delivery service you choose, and the shipping method you want. All shipping costs are accurate and in accordance with the standard rates offered by various couriers. Therefore, always check the shipping costs in the checkout system for a clear picture.
We carefully package your order. However, we also strive to ship our products as efficiently as possible. For example, we can seal products for letterbox shipping. This can sometimes significantly reduce shipping costs.
All EU-registered customers pay VAT on purchases in this webshop at the applicable rate in their respective country. Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT, which will be calculated during the checkout process when you select your country of residence.
Customers outside the EU are, however, subject to customs and import duties. These costs are always borne by the buyer. We ship orders outside the EU with the correct customs documentation. When your package arrives in the destination country, it will be cleared. During this process, the costs will be calculated, and the shipping company will notify you to pay these costs. Once these costs are paid, the package will be shipped and you will receive it.
