The Guy with the Hook and Aade Long are joining forces. Aade's spinning mill is located in the Estonian countryside. It's a lovely, small family business that buys sheepskins from local people to support them financially and provide security. In the small factory, the fleeces are processed into beautiful yarns.
Mark visited the factory a few years ago and connected with Aade. After exchanging ideas, the idea arose to combine Aade yarns with Mark's brand name. This led to the birth of their own yarn line, with which The Guy with the Hook will develop beautiful patterns.
TGWTH & Aade yarns are 100% wool and are available in fingering and DK weights. The wool is pure, and sometimes you can even see bits of straw in the fibers. When you work with the wool, you'll notice that your hands will feel very soft after a while thanks to the lanolin in the wool. The yarn is perfect for knitting projects with colorwork, but it's also very nice for crocheting. Note! This yarn is not suitable for socks.
Wash Aade yarns at a maximum of 30°C on a wool cycle. It's best to let finished projects dry flat. We hand-wrap the wool, so the ends may be a little looser or tighter. Each end weighs 100 grams.
