What should you do if you ordered the wrong item? It's possible you accidentally ordered the wrong item. In this case, it's best to contact customer service. We're happy to help.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. During this period, you can do whatever is reasonably necessary with the product to evaluate it*. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you must contact us prior to returning the product at theguywiththehook@gmail.com.

Please send us the track & trace information for the returned package/letterbox package via theguywiththehook@gmail.com.
The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be credited. Only the costs of returning the product to the online store are your responsibility. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; please consult the carrier's website for the exact rates. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering the return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
*A large portion of the items in our online store are made with our hand-dyed yarns. You may remove the wrapper from the skein to assess the color. We cannot accept returns for skeins that have already been wound into balls.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Yarns dyed on request in colors that are not part of our regular range of the yarn in question.
