TGWTH & Aade - fingering mini box

The Guy with the Hook & Aade join forces to bring you a beautiful yarn line that is pure and fair. With this yarn, you support farmers in rural Estonia to secure their livelihood and receive a fair price for their work.

Some general information about the TGWTH & Aade Fingering mini box:

- Each box contains 8 mini balls of TGWTH & Aade Fingering solid and/or gradient yarn. Each ball weighs approximately 20 grams with a length of 80 meters. Together, you'll always have over 160 grams of yarn in a box. The yarn is hand-knit and therefore varies slightly in size. Sometimes the yarn is twisted a little looser or tighter, which can sometimes occur. This item includes both solid and gradient colors that can be perfectly combined.

-PLEASE NOTE! Each mini box contains a different selection of colors and is hand-assembled. The box in the photo is merely an example, and no rights can be derived from it. We deliver standard boxes that always contain different colors, so we cannot express a preference based on this. You will receive a standard box when you order it, so you will not know which colors are inside.

- The yarn is 100% Estonian wool. This makes it pure and untreated, meaning you may sometimes find a bit of straw in the fiber. The yarn feels a bit rough at first, but after working with it for a while, you'll notice your hands become wonderfully soft from the naturally occurring lanolin.

- The yarn is suitable for knitting needles/crochet hooks 2.5mm - 4.0mm

- The gauge for this yarn is 28 stitches x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm

- The yarn is very suitable for knitting projects with colorwork or crochet. Note! Do not use this yarn for making socks - because the project does not contain nylon, it will felt quickly. This wool is, of course, also very suitable for felting.

- Wash projects made with this yarn at a maximum of 30°C by hand or on a wool wash cycle. It is best to dry your project flat for best results.
